  • Is my order confirmed once I fulfill my order in the website?
We will send you an email or SMS/Viber to confirm your order.


  • What are your payment options?

Lalamove: with additional ₱50 purchase fee and maximum COD amount of ₱2,000

Gogo Xpress for Provincial: Any COD amount. Purchases above ₱5,000 will be required to pay 50% down payment.

  • How will my order be shipped?
We will book your delivery with our courier partners.
Lalamove for Metro Manila areas.
Gogo Xpress for outside Metro Manila areas.
  • How many days is your delivery?
Delivery of your of your items will be on the next day upon receipt of order confirmation. Cut-off is every 5:00pm. 
For outside Metro Manila areas, delivery is 2 to 5 days depends on the delivery location.
  • How will I know the exact date and time of my delivery?

We will send your confirmed delivery schedule through SMS/Viber

  • What are your returns and exchange policies?

Home Aspects takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages.

In case item is damaged upon receipt, please send us a message within 12 hours from receipt of the package with video proof.

We may only accept your request for item exchange or refund for wrong/damaged item – the product you received was not the one you ordered or was damaged upon receipt.
